Cardified is currently in a pre-launch, waitlist-only stage. This policy covers what we collect through this site today. It will be expanded and re-reviewed before the product itself launches and before any collection or payment data is handled. This is a starting template, not a substitute for review by a licensed attorney.

What we collect

When you join the Cardified waitlist, we collect:

The email address you provide
Your answers to the two optional questions (collector/seller, sports/Pokémon interest)
Basic, aggregated site usage data (pages viewed, general location by region, referring site) through our analytics provider

We do not currently collect payment information, card collection data, or photos — those will be covered by an updated policy when those features launch.

How we use it

To send you updates about Cardified's launch and beta access
To understand who's interested and what to build first
To improve this website based on aggregate usage patterns

We do not sell your email address or personal information to third parties.

Third-party services

We use a waitlist/email provider to store and send you updates, and an analytics provider to understand site traffic. Both may process your data on our behalf under their own privacy and security practices.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time via the link in any email we send
You can request that we delete your email and associated data by contacting us
You can ask what data we hold about you
